    Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

    These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Sky Scaling's website, services, marketing systems, funnels, forms, CRM, and any consulting or support we provide. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

    Services, Use and No Guarantee of Results

    Sky Scaling offers marketing and business growth services, including lead generation funnels, ad campaigns, appointment scheduling tools, CRM setup, and consulting. While our systems and processes are designed to maximize your chances of success, we cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes, lead volumes, sales conversions, or business performance. Your results depend on many factors including your follow up, engagement, market variables, compliance, and effort.

    Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

    All marketing assets, systems, funnels, landing pages, scripts, ad copy, automations, CRM configurations, email and SMS templates, AI prompts or related materials created by Sky Scaling remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. As a client you may use these materials for your own business while your subscription or agreement is active. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or share them with third parties. We reserve the right to showcase anonymized performance results or case studies, but we will not disclose your name without explicit consent.

    Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions

    If you purchase services from Sky Scaling, you agree to pay all fees in full and on time as outlined in your agreement. Failure to pay or late payments may result in suspension or termination of access to CRM systems, marketing automations, ad campaigns, or other services until payment is resolved.

    Subscriptions renew automatically unless terminated according to the agreement. Refunds are not provided for work already completed or active campaigns unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    Client Responsibilities and Cooperation

    To ensure effective service delivery, you agree to provide accurate information, respond promptly to our communications, complete required onboarding steps or forms, attend scheduled appointments or reschedule with reasonable notice, and comply with any relevant laws or regulations in your jurisdiction. Your cooperation and responsiveness are essential for the proper functioning of our systems and services.

    Prohibited Actions and Usage Restrictions

    You are not permitted to misuse, reverse engineer, duplicate, or resell our systems or technology. You must not misrepresent your relationship with Sky Scaling, misuse messaging systems, integrate our tools with unauthorized platforms, or use them for illegal or misleading purposes. Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.

    Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

    Sky Scaling provides services on an as is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, results, lead volume, business success, profits or sales. We are not liable for lost profits, business interruptions, missed appointments, missed leads, third party platform outages, advertising performance variations, or any indirect damages arising from our services.

    Termination and Cancellation

    Sky Scaling may suspend or terminate services at any time if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or misuse our systems. You may cancel your subscription or services by giving notice as specified in your agreement. Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations nor entitle you to refunds for services rendered.

    Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada as applicable. Any disputes must be resolved under those laws.
